Attitude is everything, and I could not help starting this with the enthusiasm of an 8-year-old star in a Saturday morning cartoon. Genius inventor uncles who let you play with their toys? How awesome is that?

Also, once I read the description of the hero-in-the-machine, I could not help thinking, "OMG, I'm a Dalek!" Pity I couldn't exterminate Gilby.

The puzzles were simple, but they made sense and they were competently coded. In the end, this was a fairly basic romp through a bunch of puzzles, but I was quite charmed by the hero's personality. The coding went into some detail, providing a nicely immersive experience.

As a breakfast, this would be Lucky Charms with warmed milk and a secret extra spoonful of sugar, and a glass of grape-flavoured Tang to follow.
